The second User Community Session this year was held at the offices of ControlPay at Breda.
The Session was attended by carriers from 9 different European countries.

Richard Bov?e, Business Analyst at ControlPay, presented the system and application, including new improved ways of processing extra costs.
The dedicated User Trainings were held in different smaller groups, enabling each individual user to ask detailed questions and learn more about the benefits the system can deliver to the carrier.

Mrs Krizkova of DHL stated: "Now I have seen all the capabilities, I conclude that we can even further shorter our administrative processes. This helps a lot!"
