Freight-Business Analyst

This highly visible position is responsible for analysing freight processes of existing Fortune 500 clients from implementation, growing the relationship and working internally and externally to bring about system solutions. This is not a sales position!

Requirements include:

• Three plus years supporting high level clients with system solutions or
• Working experience in the logistics area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Freight Business Manager (m/v)

Onze nieuwe collega heeft al de nodige ervaring opgedaan in de transportwereld en zoekt een volgende uitdaging in een internationale sfeer. Als Freight Business Manager vervul je een centrale rol aangezien je primair verantwoordelijk bent voor de activiteiten die ten grondslag liggen aan onze core business, namelijk het analyseren en optimaliseren van logistieke en transportgerichte processen bij (toekomstige) klanten. Op basis van grondige verkenningen ontwikkel je samen met de Account Managers en Implementatie Manager oplossingen voor verbetering en invoering, waarbij onze zelf ontwikkelde software uiteraard het uitgangspunt vormt. Naast analyses en implementaties ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten voor wat betreft verbeteringstrajecten (continuous improvement).

Functie eisen

• HBO werk- en denkniveau met een aantoonbare affiniteit op het gebied van Logistiek en/of Transport
• Analytisch vermogen
• Goede kennis van IT processen (m.n. ERP systemen) en computervaardig in het algemeen
• In staat om op verschillende organisatieniveaus te communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Proactief, initiatiefrijk met een natuurlijk, charismatisch overwicht
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, bij voorkeur ook van de Franse en/of Duitse taal
• Bereid en in staat om (soms ad hoc) veelvuldig te reizen binnen Europa (tot 30%)

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for operations for his account and is pro-actively working on continuous improvement. He analyses, describes and maps (together with the Business Analyst) in a clear and understandable way the (administrative) logistic and financial processes. He develops and executes implementation plans for the roll out of ControlPay services and monitors the operation, continuously identifying opportunities for further improvement. The Account Manager has contacts with the client and carriers at management and operational level.

Required skills

• HBO/Bachelor degree in logistics or equivalent by experience
• Analytical skills
• Affinity with IT/ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Good communication skills at various levels, technical and functional
• Pro-active approach to the needs of our clients
• Creativity with a positive attitude
• Fluency in English, preferably also in German and/or French
• Willing to travel in Europe

Invoice Auditors

As a Invoice Auditor you will be checking carrier invoices based on preset rules and regulations and make system-based audit corrections based on rating structures. Also you will be performing accurate archiving and guarding of carrier invoices for audit purposes and will be in contact with possibly several European locations of our clients. You will be responsible for accurate invoice fault and invoice error reporting to the Senior Invoice Auditor.

Requirements:

• Perfect oral and written skills in the English language and preferably in another European language
• Age 20-35
• Higher education
• Knowledge of & affinity with administrative processes
• Customer and quality minded
