Karel Kinds

Chief Executive Officer

Karel Kinds has over 30 years of experience with large logistics service providers and was the owner of European most successful electronic freight exchange system which he sold in 1995.

Between 1995 and his start at ControlPay he was working as a consultant for US and European companies.

Cristina Ghiga

Account Director

Cristina joined ControlPay in 2006 coming from the 3PL side of the Supply Chain industry. Having a strong focus at customer satisfaction she has been working with the majority of the ControlPay clients and as an Account Director she is overseeing the Client activities in both our Breda and Kiev offices.

Walter Schutte

Implementation Director

Walter joined ControlPay in 2005 and has over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain management in various roles. He has been closely involved in the first client implementations. Within ControlPay he manages the implementation teams involved in different new client projects.

Pieter Kinds

Operations Director

Pieter joined ControlPay in 2003 and has contributed to the success of ControlPay in all aspects of the business. He oversees general and back-office activities in both Breda and Kyiv.

Alexander Shapoval

Director ControlPay Ukraine

Alexander Shapoval has 18 years of management experience. Mr. Shapoval worked for several outsourcing companies where he was responsible for project management, product development, finance and daily operations.

Mr. Shapoval holds a post-graduate engineering degree as well as a Master of Science degree in Radio Engineering from the Military Institute of Aviation. In addition, he studied general management at The Japanese Business Center in Ukraine and Business Development through the Netherlands Management Cooperation Program, and Western business processes at IBM Business Management Program.

Mr. Shapoval is responsible for ControlPay Ukraine and based in Kiev.

Michael Kordumov

Sr. Manager IT

Michael Kordumov studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kiev Polytechnics Institute' and holds a specialist degree. Before joining ControlPay, he managed various international IT projects and has an excellent expertise in technologies such as J2EE.

Mr. Kordumov is based in Kiev and head of the IT department.
